How Do I Get Started With PharmaEssentia SOURCE™?

Your PharmaEssentia SOURCE Case Manager is here to help guide you through enrollment. Once your completed Enrollment Form has been submitted:

PharmaEssentia SOURCE will contact your insurance company to understand the details of your coverage.

PharmaEssentia SOURCE will then call you to discuss next steps and find out how to best support your financial needs.

IMPORTANT: Please note that ALL of the information in the Enrollment Form is required to provide you with quick access to PharmaEssentia SOURCE. If any information is missing or incorrect, your PharmaEssentia SOURCE Case Manager can reach out to you or your doctor to complete your enrollment.

Once you’re ready to begin treatment, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit. This kit includes valuable resources to get you started on BESREMi (ropeginterferon alfa-2b-njft), such as:

BESREMi Instructions for Use
An injection placemat that outlines the materials you’ll need to give yourself an injection
A helpful brochure with important information about polycythemia vera and BESREMi
An injection tracker notepad, which includes injection reminder stickers
A brochure detailing the support resources you may receive through PharmaEssentia SOURCE
