• How do I enroll in PharmaEssentia SOURCE?

  Enrolling is easy. You can call PharmaEssentia SOURCE at 800-700-5053 to begin enrollment or work with your doctor to complete the Enrollment Form. Forms must be faxed to 800-700-5065.

• What happens after I enroll?

  Once you enroll in PharmaEssentia SOURCE, your PharmaEssentia SOURCE Case Manager will call you to understand your needs and address your questions about BESREMi^® (ropeginterferon alfa-2b-njft). Together, you’ll make a plan so you’re ready to begin therapy.

• How much will my medicine cost?

  Your PharmaEssentia SOURCE Case Manager will connect with your insurance company to learn the details of your coverage and help you understand your out-of-pocket costs.

• Can I receive support paying for my medicine?

  PharmaEssentia SOURCE can help you learn more about the financial support that may be available to you. Call us at 800-700-5053 for more information.

• How can I get help learning how to administer BESREMi Pen™ or the prefilled syringe?

  There are several ways you can get help learning how to give yourself an injection:

  • PharmaEssentia SOURCE Nurses are available to provide administration training. As you continue your BESREMi treatment, you can reach out to them at any time for a refresher.
  • Call your doctor's office, pharmacist, or specialty pharmacy to get step-by-step instructions

• How do I know how much medicine to take for each injection?

  Before administering BESREMi Pen or the prefilled syringe, it's important to know your dose. Your doctor will tell you the correct dose you should take.

• How can I switch my prescription from the BESREMi prefilled syringe to BESREMi Pen?

  Talk to your doctor about writing you a new prescription for BESREMi Pen.

• What should I do if I’m missing a component in my BESREMi package?

  Before using BESREMi, please check that your package contains all the necessary components. If a component is missing, do not use the medication and contact your dispensing pharmacy. You can find their contact information on your BESREMi prescription label.

• What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product in my BESREMi package?

  If you believe you received a damaged product or observe any product issues, do not use the medication. Please contact your dispensing pharmacy for a new package. You can find their contact information on your BESREMi prescription label. It is important that you keep the original packaging to help with investigating any quality issues.

• What should I do if I have side effects from my medicine?

  If you experience any side effects while taking your medicine, please call your doctor right away.
